Welcome!

This is a new adventure for me! I'm not a stranger to adventure. In fact, "adventure" would be one of the words used to describe my life. Other words might be "busy", "hectic", "cluttered", "funny", "weird", "mental case" (oops -- two words). You get the point.

Journaling isn't new to me. For years I sorted my thoughts on paper, prayed in print, screamed and ranted in writing. This is different in that now it's open to all who stop by. That's a bit scary for a nearly-50 year old! I figured I'd leave my journals for my children to find after I died -- and freak them out with what I'd written. Ha! At this point in my life, I don't think my kids would freak out about much in my life! So, I might as well put it out there (literally!) for all to read. I've learned from my sons that blogging is a process -- some days it's thoughtful, others it's silly, & sometimes it's just to vent.

So, grab a cup of coffee & join me in this journey of life! I'll give you my perspective from where I am, & I look forward to hearing your perspective. Regardless of whether or not I agree with what you have to contribute, I will continue this process & appreciate you taking the time to stop by.
