ya-HOO!

Today I got an email from the administrator of the charter school where we'd like Joe to go saying that Joe is on her registration list. Ya-HOO!!! That means he'll be going there starting in the fall (not sure of the date yet). I'll have to buy school supplies -- that's a new experience!

Yesterday, I told him that since he is 18, I can turn over his banking to him -- I could be taken off of the account & not have internet access to it. "No, I want you to still be on it. I still need help with my finances." Another ya-Hoo! He recognizes that this is still an area that needs growth & maturity. He had me set up auto bill pay for his loan payment to Grandpa Giles -- so he doesn't forget & have to find his check book. He also had me set up auto contribution to Josiah Venture & his savings account. We are grateful that he realizes that he's not quite a mature as his 18 physical years. But, it'll come.

Almost done with a blue crochet purse. I'll line it and put a stabilizer in the bottom & sides so it doesn't flop over. I'm excited about doing something other than baby afghans!
