What a week!

It's Thurs. & I am so glad the week is almost over! I am so tired!!!

Dave had to get a proposal to a potential client this week. He found out on Tue. that it had to be there on Wed. It was totally different from anything we've ever done (of course!). Since I'm the wordsmith, I'm the one who had to make it cohesive & clear to the reader. Only took me 27 hrs. I did have a 3 hr. nap in there & took about a total of an hour for meals & bathroom breaks. So, by yesterday, I was pretty wiped out!

Last night, when I thought I might get some sleep, Dave came home from work -- aching, fever, etc. You see, he'd been to the dr. on Tues. & was given a tetanus shot. His right arm is exceeding sore & he's reacted with a fever & aching. So, he slept on his back which meant he was snoring. I thought that, maybe, by waiting until he got into a deep sleep & quit snoring, I could go to bed. That didn't happen! He was moaning all night long -- and he's not a moaner (trust me, he isn't!). I finally crawled into bed about 1 AM, but got up at 5 AM bec. Dave was still snoring. I did take a nap this afternoon which should tide me over until bedtime.
